Cilantro and Jalapeno Marinade

2 of my favorite ingredients! Great on pork and beef. Reduce the amount of jalapenos if you don't like it very hot. 1 will work. I usually just put everything in the food processor and it's good to go!

Ingredients

• 4  green onions, minced
• 3  jalapenos, seeded and minced
• 1⁄2 bunch fresh cilantro
• 1  tablespoon fresh mint leaves
• 1  tablespoon cider vinegar
• 1  tablespoon fresh lemon juice
• 1  cup bottled chili sauce
• 1  tablespoon cider vinegar

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients. Will keep tightly covered for a few days in refrigerator.
