Chutney / Curry Cheese Spread

Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1⁄4 lb cheddar cheese, shredded (the sharper the better)
- 1⁄4 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 1 teaspoon curry, blend
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cumin
- 1⁄2 cup mango chutney
- almonds, toasted (slivered or sliced)
Directions
- Blend cream cheese, cheddar, onion, sherry and spices until smooth.
- Spread on serving plate 1/2 inch thick.
- Chill until firm.
- At serving time, spread chutney over the top and sprinkle with almonds.
- Serve with crackers.
