Chutney Coleslaw

A twist to your ordinary coleslaw--very tasty. You could shred your own slaw mix as well instead of buying the already mixed. I haven't tried this yet, but it sounded really good. I found this on the cooksrecipe.com website.

Ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) jar chutney
• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄2 cup sour cream
• 1⁄4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
• 2  teaspoons lime juice
• 1 (8 ounce) bag  coleslaw mix
• 1⁄2 red onions or 1⁄2 onion, of choice

Directions

1. Whisk together chutney, mayonnaise, sour cream, cilantro and lime juice in small bowl.
2. Combine onion and coleslaw mix in large bowl.
3. Top with chutney mixture; toss to coat.
4. Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
