Ingredients
- 4 ounces butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup flour
- 4 ounces sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
Filling
- 1 tablespoon icing sugar
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 cup dried shredded coconut
Directions
- Cream the butter and sugar, add egg and then the dry ingredients.
- Put half the mixture into a flat tin and spread with a hot knife.
- Mix the filling and spread over the cake mixture in the tin.
- Cover with the remaining cake mixture.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-30 minutes.
