Ingredients
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 small tomatoes, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup peas
- 1 carrot, chopped
- 1⁄2 cup peanut butter
Directions
- Sauté onion and parsley in oil until brown.
- Add remaining ingredients and simmer for at least 30 minutes or until carrots are done.
