Chunky Tomato Onion Salad

Ingredients
- 4 plum tomatoes
- 1⁄2 red onion
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Directions
- cut tomatoes and onion into bite size chunks. Place in small bowl. Toss with basil, olive oil, and vinegar. Let sit at room temperature at least 20 minutes before serving.
