Chuckwagon Beans

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 lb bacon
- 3 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup celery
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2⁄3 cup boiling water
- 1 1⁄2 garlic cloves
- 1 1⁄2 cups ketchup
- 3 tablespoons mustard
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 (29 ounce) cans molasses style baked beans
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Fry bacon and set aside.
- In the same pan, brown the ground beef with the celery.
- Dissolve bouillon cubes in the boiling water.
- Stir all ingredients except the bacon together in a large dutch oven.
- Cover and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Crumble bacon on top and serve hot.
