Chuck Wagon Steak Rub

The secret is the COFFEE!!! This is a variation of a steak rub from a morning news show (dont remember which one), only they made the Montreal Steak Seasoning from scratch....I say forget that...this was a big hit & so much easier!!! Too much pepper? Add more O. powder and coffee. Enjoy!

• Yields: 2 cups of Steak Rub

Ingredients

• 1  cup  McCormick's Montreal Brand steak seasoning
• 1⁄4 cup onion powder
• 1⁄3 cup  fresh-ground coffee

Directions

1. Mix all together.
2. Rub on steaks, chicken, pork, or fish.
3. Grill, fry, bake, or broil.
4. Can be stored for up to 5 months in a shaker.
