Christmas Oatmeal Cranberry Cookies

This is a soft oatmeal cookie that has dried cranberries in place of raisins. These are great for Christmas time! Show more

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT oats, flour, and cranberries in mixer. Mix well.
  2. Add flour to form dough. Fold in oats and cranberries.
  3. Drop 1 -1 1/2" balls of dough on ungreased cookie sheet 2" apart.
  4. Bake 9-11 minutes at 350 degrees, or until lightly brown around edges.
  5. Do NOT over bake. Cookie will be slighly undercooked and will firm while cooling. Necessary if you want a soft and chewy cookie.
  6. Enjoy =).
