Christmas Frosted Pumpkin Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup pumpkin
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 cups flour
Directions
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
- Stir in pumpkin, egg and vanilla.
- In a separate bowl, combine salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and flour.
- Add dry ingredients to butter mixture, stirring until well incorporated.
- Bake at 375 degrees on a greased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes (this will be cake like, not crispy).
- Let it cool, then frost.
