Yields: 1 4inch roll

  1. combine the marshmallows, dates, crumbs and walnuts.
  2. add enough heavy cream to bind all ingredients together.
  3. shape into a roll about four inches in diameter, and roll in the extra finely crushed crumbs.
  4. roll in plastic wrap, and then in foil.
  5. refrigerate for several hours before serving.
  6. cut into slices.
  7. note: this roll can be prepared days in advance.
