Christmas Cheese Log

I got this recipe from a lady at my church who brought it to a pot luck. It is more flavorful the longer it sits.

• Ready In: 20 mins
• Yields: 1 log

Ingredients

• 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 (2 1/4ounce) jar  dried beef
• 1  cup green onion, chopped
•  cracker, of your choice

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients well, roll into log or ball and refrigerate 1 hour. The longer you let it sit the better the flavors combine, but it is still good after a hour.
