Christmas Casserole

Ingredients
- 8 slices white bread, cubed
- 1 lb turkey sausage
- 10 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 1⁄2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 teaspoons dry mustard
- salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
- Butter 9x13 casserole dish and place bread on bottom.
- Brown ground turkey over medium heat, drain excess fat and layer over bread.
- Combine eggs, milk, cheese, dry mustard, salt and pepper in bowl, whisk to combine.
- Pour egg mixture over bread and sausage, making sure all the bread is covered.
- Refrigerate overnight for best results (bread soaks up more flavor).
- Cover with tin foil and bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Uncover and bake another 15 or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
