Christmas Cappuccino

Sounded so good, couldn't resist posting it, from the local newspaper.

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 4  ounces  eggnog
  • 2  ounces  hot fresh  espresso
  • 12 ounce  sambuca romana (optional)
  • 12 ounce  advocaat (egg liqueur)
  •  whipped cream
  •  cinnamon or  nutmeg

Directions

  1. Steam the eggnog until it is doubled in volume.
  2. Pour eggnog into a tempered Christmas glass or mug.
  3. Pour espresso gently down the side of the glass into the steamed/frothed eggnog.
  4. Dust with cinnamon or nutmeg.
