Chris's Special Roast Lamb Leg

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 kg leg of lamb
- 250 g oyster sauce
- 1 dash pepper, coarsely ground
- 1 pinch salt
- 5 tablespoons honey
- 3 sprigs fresh coriander
- mixed Italian herbs
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 3 large onions, minced
Directions
- Mix all seasoning ingredients well and ensure the entire lamb leg is well-coated with the entire mixture.
- Marinate overnight and bake for 2 hours at 180C (according to preference).
