Chris' Chicken Salad

Ingredients
- 2 cups chicken breasts, without skin chopped
- 1⁄2 cup celery, chopped
- 3⁄8 cup green onion, sliced
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 1⁄8-1⁄4 cup light sour cream
- 3⁄4 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon celery salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon paprika
Directions
- Mix all ingredients and chill.
