Directions

  1. In a frying pan, fry the meat in margarine or oil. Season meat with the salt.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, fry for approx 2 minute.
  3. Add the celery, peppers, mushrooms, bamboo shoots and cabbage and saute till the vegetables are soft.
  4. Meanwhile, boil water for the noodles in a seperate pan. Once water has boiled add salt to water (your own preferance) and boil the noodles for approximately 4 minutes. I do not follow the package directions, because I find they get too soggy.
  5. Drain the water from noodles. Rinse with hot water and add to the frying pan. Add the soya sauce and mix it all together.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
