Chorizo Sausage (Mexican)

I am posting this recipe to go with the Paella dish that I will post later. The prep time is just for mixing and not stuffing the mixture. You can use this recipe for any recipe calling for Chorizo unstuffed.

• Serves: 4

Ingredients

• 1  lb  ground lean pork
• 1  teaspoon salt
• 2  tablespoons chili powder
• 1⁄4 teaspoon ground cloves
• 1⁄3 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1  tablespoon paprika
• 1  garlic clove (crushed)
• 1  teaspoon oregano
• 2  tablespoons cider vinegar
• 2  tablespoons water

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients. Cook with scrambled eggs or use in Paella.
