Chorizo Lentil and Black Bean Hash

Ingredients
- 1 lb chorizo sausage, casing removed
- 1 1⁄2 cups black beans
- 1⁄2 cup cooked lentils
- 1 teaspoon reduced sodium beef bouillon paste, such as Better Than Bouillon
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1⁄2 cup grated carrot
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3⁄4 cup water
- 1⁄4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions
- Fry Chorizo for 10 minutes till done draining excess grease.
- Add all other ingredients.
- Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer till thickened, stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
