Chopstick Tuna Bake

Serves: 4

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • 1 (10 3/4ounce) can  cream of celery soup
  • 14 cup water
  • 12 cup  chopped celery
  • 14 cup  chopped onion
  • 12 cup cashew pieces
  • 1  cup  chow mein noodles, divided
  •  cooked rice

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350. MIx soup and water in casserole dish. Add tuna; stir.
  2. Add celery, onion, cashews, and 1/2 cup of the chow mein noodles; stir.
  3. Bake uncovered 35-45 mintes until bubbly. Serve over rice and top with remaining chow mein noodles.
