Chopstick Chicken Casserole (Oamc Recipe)

  1. Freezing: Saute onion, celery, and poultry seasoning in butter.
  2. Mix in the chicken and cream of mushroom soup.
  3. Bag the mixture in a gallon bag.
  4. Bag the cashews.
  5. Bag the chow mein noodles.
  6. Put all in a produce bag.
  7. Preparation: Thaw.
  8. Spray the bottom of a casserole pan with a non-stick spray.
  9. Next, mix the chicken mixture and cashews together, then spread in the bottom of the greased casserole pan.
  10. Top with chow mein noodles.
  11. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
