Chops N Apples in a Pan

Ingredients
- 4 thick pork chops, About 1 inch Thick
- 1 onion, Chopped
- 2 cups mushrooms, Sliced
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinaigrette (Kraft Special Collection)
- 1 1⁄2 cups MINUTE White Rice, Uncooked
- 10 1⁄2 ounces chicken broth
- 10 1⁄2 ounces water
- 2 red apples, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
Directions
- Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
- Add Pork Chops and cook on medium-high heat for 4 minutes on each side or until browned.
- Add Onion, Mushrooms and Dressing and cook an additional 3 minutes.
- Stir in Rice, Broth, Water, Apples and Thyme.
- Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until heated through.
