  1. Brown meat in skillet. Drain. Add vegetables, mushrooms, molasses, and soy sauce. Simmer for 30 minutes. Prepare rice in separate pan. To thicken sauce, mix corn starch and water. Slowly stir into simmering food. Serve over rice.
