Chop Suey

Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 lbs chuck roast, cut and cubed into 1 inch pieces
- 4 -5 celery ribs, sliced
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 5 ounces bead molasses
- 1 -2 tablespoon cooking oil
- hot cooked rice
Directions
- Brown onions, add meat. Simmer on low for 2 hours. Add a LITTLE water if needed.
- Add chopped celery.
- Add water to cover meat.
- Add soy sauce and bead molassas.
- simmer until celery is done.
- Serve over hot cooked rice.
- Optional: add large can of chop suey vegetables.
