  1. chop two onions and mince the garlic.
  2. In a large pot fry the onions and garlic lightly.
  3. add the meat for a few minutes.
  4. shut off flame and add the rest of the ingredients.
  5. add water to cover and boil.
  6. let simmer for as long as possible checking the water level from time to time.
  7. for best results use a slow cooker (crockpot).
