Chokecherry Syrup

Use the juice from cooking chokecherries

Yields: 24 depends on what canning jars you use.

Ingredients

  • 2  cups  chokecherry juice
  • 3  cups sugar
  • 12 cup  Karo syrup

Directions

  1. Place ingredients into a heavy kettle, bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and pour into sterilized jars.
  4. I also process for 15 minutes.
