Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Ingredients
- 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 2 1⁄3 cups flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 3⁄4 cup cocoa
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup chopped walnuts
- 3 cups grated zucchini
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 egg whites
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 1⁄2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Combine liquids and beat to combine.
- Stir in dry ingredients.
- Stir in squash and nuts.
- Place in 2 loaf pans.
- Bake 350 degrees for 45 min,.
- Cool before slicing.
