Chocolate Trees (Decoration)

Ingredients
- 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate (other chocolate can also be used)
- water
Directions
- Using parchment or waxed paper draw an outline of 12 x 3 1/2 inch (9 cm) (Christmas) trees. Turn paper over
- Over top of a double boiler melt the chopped chocolate.
- Pour melted chocolate into a pastry or plastic bag (or anything that will help you control the melted chocolate)
- Pipe the melted chocolate within the drawn outlines in a lacy or solid pattern.
- Refrigerate until firm for approx 30 minute.
- Use as garnish or treats.
