Chocolate Sour Cream Icing

This icing is simple to make and it tastes ooh so good.

• Yields: 1 9x11 in. cake

Ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup butter
• 2  cups powdered sugar
• 2  tablespoons sour cream
• 1  tablespoon  sweet cream
• 1  teaspoon vanilla
• 1  tablespoon  cocoa

Directions

1. Cream butter and sugar together.
2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
