Chocolate-Scented Play Dough (Non-Edible)

I use this frequently in the classroom-- smells great, but it probably wouldn't make a very good snack...lol... Provide cookie cutters and rolling pins. I have them keep this dough contained to a plastic tray or cutting board for easier cleanup. Store in a plastic ziplock bag or resealable container for 5 days.

Ingredients

• 1 1⁄4 cups flour
• 1⁄2 cup cocoa powder
• 1⁄2 cup salt
• 1⁄2 tablespoon cream of tartar
• 1 1⁄2 tablespoons  cooking oil
• 1  cup boiling water

Directions

1. Mix the dry ingredients. Add the oil and boiling water. Stir quickly,.
2. mixing well. When cool, mix with your hands.
