Chocolate Rum Balls

Ingredients
- 1 (11 ounce) package chocolate wafer cookies, finely crushed
- 1 1⁄2 cups finely chopped pecans
- 1⁄2 cup light corn syrup
- 1⁄4 cup light rum or 1⁄4 cup dark rum (or more)
- 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar, for rolling
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine the crushed cookies and pecans.
- Mix well.
- Stir in the corn syrup and rum.
- blend well.
- Place the powdered sugar in small bowl.
- Roll the cookie mixture into 1-inch balls.
- then roll in powdered sugar- until well coated.
