Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Dessert

I just love the combination of chocolate and raspberries. This is a great way to enjoy it.

Ingredients

  • 1 (18 ounce) package  chocolate cake mix
  • 12 cup margarine
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (6 ounce) container  red  raspberry low-fat yogurt
  • 1 (15 ounce) container  chocolate frosting
  • 3  eggs
  • 1 12 cups raspberry pie filling

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 325º F.
  2. Beat cake mix (dry) and margarine in large bowl on low speed until crumbly; reserve 1 cup. Press remaining crumb mixture in bottom of ungreased rectangular pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches. Beat cream cheese, yogurt and frosting in same bowl on medium speed until smooth. Beat in eggs until blended. Pour over crust; sprinkle with crumbly mixture.
  3. Bake about 45 minutes or until center is set; cool completely.
  4. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
  5. Cut into 2-inch squares; serve with pie filling.
  6. Cover and refrigerate any remaining dessert.
