Chocolate Pudding Cake

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 3⁄4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3⁄4 cup boiling water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix together flour, 1/4 cup sugar, the 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Stir until smooth. Pour batter into an ungreased 1 1/2 quart baking casserole dish.
- Mix together the 1/2 cup sugar and the 2 tablespoons cocoa powder in a small mixing bowl. Gradually stir in the boiling water. Pour evenly over batter in the casserole.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Cool 20-30 minutes.
