Chocolate Pots With Irish Cream Liqueur

  1. Break up the chocolate and place it in a food processor.
  2. Over medium heat, heat cream to almost boiling.
  3. Combine cream with chocolate and blend until chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Add the egg and Irish Cream liqueur and blend again until smooth.
  5. Pour into six ramekins and chill for at least 24 hours.
  6. Serve with.
