Chocolate Pineapple Lump Pudding (Raw) (New Zealand)

Ingredients
- 1 cup cashew nuts
- 1⁄2 cup soft dates (or soaked)
- 2 avocados
- coconut water, as needed
- cacao
- 1⁄2 cup dried pineapple, chopped
Directions
- Blend all but the dried pinnaple until delicious and creamy.
- Add the chopped dried pineapple.
- Leave refrigerated for at least 3 hours.
- After cooled the pineapple is lovely and chewy, just like pineapple lumps!
