Chocolate Peppermint Swizzle

Hot chocolate with a peppermint twist!! Delicious!!

Ingredients

  • 1 (300 ml) can  eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (regular or low-fat)
  • 2  cups milk
  • 2  tablespoons  unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 12 teaspoon vanilla extract or 12 teaspoon  peppermint extract
  •  whipped cream

Directions

  1. Stir together Eagle Brand and cocoa powder.
  2. Simmer, stirring constantly until heated through. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in vanilla or peppermint extract. Serve warm in mugs with a peppermint swizzle stick or candy cane; top with whipped cream.
