Chocolate Peanut Butter Truffles

Well i went to make Chocolate Truffles using another recipe but i messed up and made these!

Serves: 4-6

Yields: 60 truffles

  1. Semi melt Chocolate In Microwave Safe Bowl.
  2. Heat Heavy Cream To Low Boil Remove From Heat.
  3. Let Heavy Cream Stand For 20 Seconds.
  4. With a wire whisk, slowly stir the cream and chocolates together until the chocolate is completely melted.
  5. Stir In Coffee.
  6. Add Peanut Butter & Brown Sugar To Taste.
  7. Let Stand At Room temperature For 30 minutes.
  8. Roll By Hand Into Balls.
  9. Coat In Powdered Sugar.
  10. Place in Freezer For 10 minutes.
  11. Serve At Room temperature.
  12. ENJOY!
