Chocolate Peanut Butter Squares

Yields: 16 squares
Ingredients
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 3⁄4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
- Combine peanut butter, sugar and egg. Press into an ungreased 20cm (8 inch) square pan.
- Bake at 160C (325F) for 20 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips on top and cover pan with foil.
- After 3 minutes, remove the foil.
- Spread evenly over surface and cut into bars while still warm.
- Store in fridge.
