Chocolate Peanut Butter Milksicles

Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups  lowfat chocolate milk
  • 13 cup Splenda granular
  • 14 cup  unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2  tablespoons cornstarch
  • 14 cup  reduced-fat creamy peanut butter
  • 6  small  plastic cups
  • 6  wooden popsicle sticks

Directions

  1. Combine splenda, cocoa and cornstarch in a medium saucepan and gradually whisk in milk.
  2. Place over medium heat and bring to a simmer whisking frequently.
  3. Reduce heat and simmer until thickened, about 2 minutes, whisking frequently.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter until it melts.
  5. Spoon mixture into plastic cups.
  6. Sprinkle with candied confetti.
  7. Place cups in an 8-inch baking pan or pie pan.
  8. Place popsicle sticks in centers.
  9. Freeze until firm.
