  1. Melt Chocolate and butter with condensed milk; remove from heat. Add biscuit mix and vanilla.
  2. With mixer, beat until smooth and well blended.
  3. Let mixture cool to room temperature.
  4. Stir in peanut butter chips Shape into 1 1/2" (3cm) balls.
  5. Place 2" apart on parchment paper-lined baking sheets.
  6. Bake in preheated 350°F (180°C) oven 6-8 minutes or until tops are lightly crusty.
  7. Cool.
  8. Store tightly covered at room temperature.
