Chocolate Peanut-Butter Bites

  1. Line an 8x8x2 inch pan with plastic wrap, set aside.
  2. In the top half of a double boiler, melt candy coating, crunchy peanut butter, and chocolate hazelnut spread over simmering water. Spread chocolate mixture in prepared pan.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat creamy peanut butter over medium-low heat for approximately 8 minutes, or until melted. Pour over chocolate mixture. Using a table knife, swirl to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for 4 hours, or until set. Once set, remove chocolate from pan onto a cutting board. Peel away plastic wrap. Using a knife, cut into 2 inch squares. Cut diagonally into triangles.
