Chocolate Oat Bran

There are lots of recipes for chocolate oatmeal, but very few for any type of oat bran... so I decided to create one just to see what happened, and it didn't turn out so bad!! I did use a half-cup measuring cup, but it wasn't completely full so it may have been more like 1/3 cup.

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup  oat bran
• 2 1⁄4 cups water
• 1  teaspoon cocoa powder
• 1  g Splenda sugar substitute (packet)

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl and stir until all lumps have dissolved.
2. Microwave on high for two minutes or until desired consistency.
