Chocolate Mousse Torte

Ingredients
- 37 vanilla wafer cookies
- 4 semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
- 2 (4 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 8 ounces whipped topping
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1⁄4 cup sugar
Directions
- Stand 16 wafers around inside edge to a 9-inch round pan lined with plastic warp. Melt 3 chocolate squares as directed on package.
- Beat pudding mixes and 2 cups milk with whisk, 2 minutes. Add melted chocolate,. Mix well. Stir in 1 cup whipped topping,. Pour into prepared pan, Beat cream cheese, sugar, and remaining milk with mixer until blended.
- Stir in 1 cup of the remaining whipped topping. Spread over pudding. Top with remaining wafers. Refrigerate 3 hours. Meanwhile, shave reamining chocolate square into curls.
- Invert torte onto plate. Remove pan and plastic wrap. Top torte with remaining whipped topping and chocolate curls.
