Chocolate Mousse

I found this recipe in a vegetarian newsletter, and since I had never tried tofu, I thought i'd give this a shot. It ended up being quite a treat. Show more

Ingredients

  • 16  ounces silken tofu
  • 34 cup  semisweet chocolate, melted

Directions

  1. In a blender, puree the tofu to a smooth paste.
  2. Add the melted chocolate and blend thoroughly.
  3. Pour the mousse into six individual bowls and chill.
