Chocolate Marzipan Biscuits [cookies]

Ingredients
- 2 egg whites
- 3⁄4 cup caster sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups almond meal
- 85 g dark chocolate, grated
Directions
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
- Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
- Beat egg whites till soft peaks form.
- Fold in chocolate and marzipan.
- Using a cool spoon, place generous teaspoonfuls of mixture onto tray.
- Bake 15 minutes, cool on trays.
