Chocolate Ice Cream (No Eggs)

Yields: 4 cups
Ingredients
- 1 cup cocoa
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2⁄3 cup white sugar
- 1 1⁄2 cups whole milk
- 3 1⁄4 cups heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until sugar has dissolved.
- Pour into ice cream maker.
- Once the ice cream has churned, put into plastic containers and freeze for at least a couple hours before eating.
