  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cook pie crust 15 minutes.
  2. In a saucepan, whisk together milk, coconut milk, and 1 cup sugar. In separate bowl, mix cornstarch and water.
  3. Bring milk mixture to a boil, Reduce heat to simmer and slowly mix in cornstarch mixture. Stir over low heat until thickened, about 3 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate chips in microwave, about 1 minute.
  5. Split milk mixture evenly into 2 bowls. Add melted chocolate to one.
  6. Spread chocolate layer over pie crust. Spread white layer over chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate one hour.
  8. Whip cream and sugar and layer over pie to serve.
