Chocolate Ganache

For cupcake/ cake topping or even fillings

Yields: 1 9x13 pan

Ingredients

  • 34 cup  whipping cream
  • 1  cup  plain chocolate

Directions

  1. 1. Put chocolate and cream into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth.
  2. 2. Transfer to bowl of an electric mixer and beat until cool and thick.
  3. 3. Frosting can be used to spread over cupcakes or piped as decoration.
  4. Variation:
  5. White, milk or dark chocolate can be used, depending on the cupcakes.
