Chocolate Ganache

Yields: 1 9x13 pan
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup whipping cream
- 1 cup plain chocolate
Directions
- 1. Put chocolate and cream into a saucepan and heat gently, stirring until chocolate has melted and mixture is smooth.
- 2. Transfer to bowl of an electric mixer and beat until cool and thick.
- 3. Frosting can be used to spread over cupcakes or piped as decoration.
- Variation:
- White, milk or dark chocolate can be used, depending on the cupcakes.
