Ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups water
- 1 1⁄2 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted and cooled
- 1 egg
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon honey
- 4 cups bread flour
- 1⁄2 cup dry buttermilk
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons instant yeast
- 3⁄4 cup chocolate chips
Directions
- Measure ingredients except chocolate chips into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. Select sweet cycle.
- Add chocolate chips at the “add ingredient” signal.
