Chocolate Fudge Frosting

Everytime I need chocolate frosting- this is the recipe I use! It's fantastic and it's perfect when you want a deep, dark chocolate buttercream.

• Yields: 1 9 x 13 cake

Ingredients

• 1  cup butter, softened
• 2  lbs powdered sugar
• 2  cups cocoa powder
• 1  tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1  cup milk

Directions

1. Beat butter, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla and milk until smooth.
2. Hint: If using for piping decorations, use a little less milk.
